Migration of courses

I want to migrate courses from chamilo 1.11.26 to chamilo 2.2 alpha 1 but I don't know how. Can anyone give me advice? Thank you!

Go to maintenance and export the course from Chamilo 1.11.26.
You may do the same but selecting import instead of export.
