YouTube video added in course description does not appear, just a big blank space!

the same error was shown in 2018, and no "solution" given.

So, a course description, selecting any icon (such as the laptop) , add in a youtube link.  Video preview is shown, but when you save it, there's no video  showing just a big empty space.

How can I have a "promo" video in the course description section?
