[C2] No default option selected in course configuration

• as a teacher
• when I create a course ABC
• and I enter the course ABC
• and I click the cog icon
• and I follow "Course settings"
• then I should see settings with a default configuration (otherwise I don't know what the default is if I leave it empty)
