Add modification time to the filepicker

To make filepicker looks like ls -l, it would be awesome if we could optionally add file modification times to the filepicker bubble.

Ideally, the filepicker should be configurable to:

• Hide/show modification time
• Allow providing a custom layout for time.Format()

Actually, I just discovered this discussions forum when reading the Contributing document before creating a PR (I had hard times to find it before that readme links are incorrect).

So I already have done few things that can be used as a discussion support:

• I have created an issue Add modification time to the filepicker #780
• I forked bubbles and made a first implementation https://github.com/loicalbertin/bubbles/tree/feature/GH-780-modtime-on-filepicker (see compare here)
• I have created a demo app https://github.com/loicalbertin/bubbles-filepicker-with-modtime
• I'm ready to open a PR if you're interested by this feature

Hey again! I think this is a great addition (thanks for flagging it). If you're up for it, can you open a PR against v2-exp branch?
