AppendEntry(FolderItem, FolderItem)

AppendEntry(String, MemoryBlock, Date)

Path	String	The archive path of the entry.
Data	MemoryBlock	The file data.
ModifyDate	Date	Optional. The modification date of the entry.

AppendEntry(String, Readable, UInt32, Date)

Path	String	The archive path of the entry.
Data	Readable	The stream to read file data from.
Length	UInt32	The number of bytes to read from Data.
ModifyDate	Date	Optional. The modification date of the entry.
