执行python startup.py 并加上可选参数比如-a, --all-api或--openai-api等启动命令的时候，会将加载的知识库一并启动吗？
就比如wiki上说“--llm-api 为一键启动 Fastchat 所有依赖的 LLM 服务；”，这具体是什么意思呢？是不是就是仅仅启动本地模型+fastchat？还是连同知识库一起启动了？
