Implement customizable keys and controls

Now that JSON is used with configuration, we can easily define user-specified custom keys and joystick axes for use in normal mode

As of 85565f2 JSON (de)serialization is working, but still need to add GUI window to configure these

In addition to assignable controls, also add invertability to joystick axes
