把RunningForegroundService和SilentMusicLoopService中的onTaskMoved()都注释了试试吧

目前保活效果已经不是太好了，连接电源的情况还可以。未连接电源时，在开启电量优化白名单的情况下，后台锁屏最长只能保活两个半小时左右 @inprise1980

我刚把RunningForegroundService、SilentMusicLoopService这2个类中的方法onTaskMoved()都删除了，还是一样，在手动结束掉应用进程后，通知栏也会被清除。
