Scoring system [idea]

There could be a system similar to that of Google Local Guides (or somewhat similar to that of VirusTotal), where users would submit the links and other users would confirm whether that site is malicious or not, if there were a number of votes, that site would be blocked (or not) without having to be supervised by the Google team. And with that, users were getting scores and the more points, the more reliable that user would be.
