To include basic reported site categorization

There are 4 main categories of fraud related websites. With Google Safe Browsing you cover three types (categories): Malware, Unwanted software and Social engineering.

But there is a fourth underestimated category of fraud related websites: counterfeit-related,

which, recently based on the DHS, this fraud is posing as a national security threat for US.

My proposal, is to give the opportunity to the user reporting the site, to provide the category he think it might be related within the four main categories of fraud related websites.

• Malware
• Unwanted software
• Social engineering
• Counterfeit-related
