Increase RCD warn level for known bot clients

I found interesting feature in DDnet server. It can be ported to RCD.

What do you think about it?

I would even go a step further:

• Player uses aimbot first time --> gets banned and memorized by RCD
• Player enters again within bantime, but with different ip (i.e. name + clan matches): Enable Fun Mode

Fun Mode: move all players to one team, move the cheater to the other team, having 1 vs. all. RCD sends a msg via /admin, but doesnt ban the player again and lets all players know via broadcast what's going on ;)

• Cheater loses fun and leaves --> shuffle_teams

@derselbst This fun mode affects gameplay too much. I think players won't appreciate it. I am one of these players 😊 and I don't want change vanilla mode. Also technically it's against the rules.

I'll try to test this patch. Maybe it don't work at all.

You're probably right. But then in case the same player (name + clan match, different ip) enters again, I would just ban him again (or at least kick him immediately). So he hopefully gives up soon.

It was initial behavior, but I changed it. Because players with nicknames like "nameless tee" and "(1)" were banned by mistake.

Ok, but if we detect a name + clan match and additionally his ip matches by /8 subnet, can we then ban him immediately?
