This PR adds item model generations, just like Minecraft does for
minecraft:item/generateditems. It does not support multiple layers yet (eg.diamond_leggings_emerald_trim) or overrides with predicates (eg.diamond_leggings) yet.It's sufficient for the items you can put on a campfire, so I implemented that for now. Players and armor stands holding items, item display entities and other item models can be added later, building upon this.
