docs: Include some standalone rspec CI::Reporter running details

I fumbled with these details to help me run the damn thing not as a Rake task:

bundle exec rspec --require ci/reporter/rake/rspec_loader --format "CI::Reporter::RSpecFormatter" spec

This works, when you have the gem 'ci_reporter_rspec' in your Gemfile. But the docs never say.

With the upgrade to CI::Reporter 2.0, I wanted to reduce the number of supported ways of running it (maintained in our free time and all that).

I was unable to understand why people didn't want to run as a Rake task. Could you give us some more information why you want to do this?

I test stuff in threads, such as Sidekiq tasks, and where I fell down was
related to that + environment variable injection into these threads, I
think.

I wasted time on getting to a single rake task and failed. I would still
like to have one.
