feat: Latest audited EP0.7 multisig plugin deployment (#30)

## Summary

Update scripts and add deployment logs for the latest audited versions
of PW MSCA contracts. Contracts were deployed and verified on all of the
below chains:

- POLYGON-AMOY
- ARB-SEPOLIA
- ETH-SEPOLIA
- POLYGON
- ARB
- ETH

Address of the deployed contract (same across all of the deployed
