Feature Request: interface for `TokenMessenger` contract

Hi there, I'm working on a Solidity project involving CCTP and noticed that there isn't an interface for the `TokenMessenger` contract in this repo. I wrote my own interface for my project, but I thought I would request that an interface is added here since I think it would generally be pretty useful.
