CCTP Mint Still Stuck for 36+ Hours After Burn from Base to Arbitrum

Hello Circle CCTP devs,

We used the official CCTP bridge at https://www.cctp.io to transfer 1000 USDC from Base to Arbitrum.

The burn transaction on Base is confirmed:
0x148c77eac53079b8056fd64ea54601645449213012f7bf31b2221cb5ad23641

Recipient contract on Arbitrum:
0xC6B7fDfba3a3aAE1B0E19021f809814A0958E2EBC

Destination wallet (mint target):
0x0a992d191deec32afe36203ad870d289a738f81

Claim UI at cctp.io still shows "Still Waiting..." for more than 36 hours.

We already tried:

• Checking for attestation manually
• Interacting via Arbiscan (no Write Contract tab available)
• Remix with ABI and contract address (ABI does not activate)
• Contacting @circle via Twitter and support

Please advise or help finalize the mint manually. Thank you!

Follow-up after 5 days:

• The phishing comment by "Frenchman-Dev" was reviewed and removed — thank you.
• However, our original issue regarding a stuck CCTP mint of 1000 USDC on Arbitrum is still unresolved and pending action for more than 120 hours.

Please escalate internally or confirm whether the message attestation or relayer has failed. The tx on Base is:
