💡 Summary

As the Marlin SCBs undergo the CB approval process this issue and branch will be updated to reflect all of the consolidated SCB updates.

Motivation and context

This work is required to process and publish the Marlin release for the SCBs.

Implementation notes

Related to issue #1449

Acceptance criteria

How do we know when this work is done?
The SCBs are updated to reflect any changes/updates noted by the following teams:

  • tech editor / comms team
  • CSSO leadership
  • JCDC
  • OCC
  • EAD
