Relation between Steering Committee and CoC Committee #7
Description
During the drafting of the governance document, some questions have popped up with regard to the relationship between the Code of Conduct Committee and the Steering Committee.
- From @tom-h: Any relationship between consensus approval and CoC processes?
- Clarify how the CoC committee and the SC work together and whether decisions in the remit of the CoC committee should be supported by the SC, and if so, how.
- Should SC members be responsible for reporting CoC violations if we encounter them and no one from outside the SC reports them?
These questions should be answered, and the CoC and governance documentation should be updated accordingly.
