Organization sorting

I want to manually order the parent organizations (based on their importance for our catalog). Is there any way to do this? how?

Was this implemented on this repo? I'm getting the error : ckan.plugins.core.PluginNotFoundException: hierarchy_group_form.
I'm using ckanext-hierarchy-1.1.0 on ckan 2.9.5
