[Feat] exclude certain exceptions

It would be nice to be able to exclude certain extensions that we consider safe.

Right now we get a lot of notifications for Google extensions; e.g.,

I consider Google extensions safe, so such a feature would eliminate 99% of the notifications that I consider "false positives"

Well, I got that functionality added to my fork in minutes with AI. So feel free to close… unless other people want that feature too
