Add Virtual Zarr Stores content

We are currently planning a workshop over in https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/dse-virtual-zarr-workshop with the aim of helping people create, store, catalog, and consume virtual Zarr stores.

In that workshop we will be using virtualizarr to create the virtual stores, icechunk to store them, STAC to catalog them and xarray to consume them. The virtualizarr and xarray bits are Python-centric, but we'd want to make it clear that the actual concepts are language agnostic.

I'm working on virtualizing a big Thredds store, it's important to me to have in situ and /remote forms, here I just make two copies of the kerchunk Parquet:

Early days still but this works across xarray, GDAL multidim (osgeo.gdal and {gdalraster}) and in {terra}

I'm going to also create Icechunk versions, and host the virtual stores in object storage not gh (for various reasons this is slow, but progressing)
