Invoices improvements

Improve formatting in this message:

ID text is unnecessary and too dark

Add a way to cancel invoices

The buyer can no longer pay them and is not prompted with notifications, e.g. /invoice cancel or /invoice void etc.

Add command options like:

/invoice list [received|sent|all] [unpaid|paid|voided]
                                  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

and

/invoice list [received|sent|all] [unpaid|paid|voided] [--from <account>] [--to <account>]
                                                       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Add account overview in invoice view for recipient account on hover

Also for sender account in "invoice created"

Make call-to-action message parts grey

E.g. the "Click to view" here:

Perhaps overall improve this particular message.

Perhaps something like:

(!) Invoice #lHowT9jhLvzqJR2d for $10 from Player1 to Player2 successfully created. Click to view.
