Entity data does not exist

I'm trying to open a PDF file. It doesn't open in the PDF viewer - an empty window opens. I'm trying to download a file, and this error appears. After restarting the server, everything is fine again, but the error returns a little later.

Could you please get logs from Cloudreve? There should be one line starting with Failed to serve local entity. It will tell the reason why Cloudreve cannot open your file data.
