Posts created in this way should behave in the same manner as posts created with the default WYSIWYG editor.
So below the "Allow comments?" checkbox there should be the Teaser Override editor, and the checbok for "No teaser, use full post".

When a blog post is made with a Content Template, there's no way to edit the teaser, and the full post appears in the list instead of the teaser
