That will include the core factory contracts, recipient and user registries, coordinator selection, and initiation of individual funding rounds. Registries will be accessed by users externally, and funding rounds will be finalized or canceled via the command line.

  Once this milestone is reached, community admins will be able to deploy a new instance of clr.fund to xDAI (and potentially other EVM networks) from a single GUI. That includes deploying MACI and clr.fund factory contracts, and configuring each to work with the selected coordinator as well as recipient and user registries. Setup and management of the coordinator and registries themselves will be done externally, as will the initiation/ management of individual funding rounds and clr.fund app hosting.
