i dont understand what is the issue here?

Simply .. both his versions exist in 2 diff phases.. and you will never see them both at same time...

not a issue. if both quest are presented in game and work as they shoul its ok.. couse i cant test both of them at same time(👍

2. can you confirm that this quests are presented in db? (i dont have drop of this items, so cant check them too)
