some scaling problem (not a bug) + mob respawn problem

• ill reduse enemies hp\AP etc, through config file
  but npcs from this quest still have 1300hp (averange mob in my setup have 100hp)/
  can you check if scaling options applyed vell to this npcs

• respawn time problem

something abnormal with respown time.

in mangos server:
i killed pack of mobs, move a bit forward to kill next pack, but first pack resurrected right where i am standing atm..
the mobs respown too fast
