Issue with the latest version of BYOND (516.1670+). Downgrade to 516.1669 (nice) or earlier by going to https://www.byond.com/download/build/516/ . I'm not entirely sure if this is fixable on our end or not so I'll leave it open, but this will be posted as a solution for now.
