Replaces most WO hud and minimap icons with their uscm equivalent

About the pull request

Part 3 of atomizing #11382

1. Any WO role that does not have a unique role or icon (Mortar Crew, all Honor Guard) has its HUD and minimap icons merged with USCM.
2. Any unique WO role icons in the minimap and HUD have been nuked.
3. Changes Mortar Crew's HUD and minimap icon to that of Thwomp's mortar crew icon.

Explain why it's good for the game

1. Thwomp told me to. He says WO are basically USCM marines/Almayer personnel but groundside and with different clothes. They should not have different icons to begin with unless they are part of the Honor Guard
2. Thwomp told me to.
3. Thwomp told me to. It's his icon, after all.

Not yet tested. Waiting for approval from Thwomp. Need community testing.
