Added chapter about caching the results using requests_cache library

I tried out this caching method and it works really nicely together with cdx_toolkit. Thought it would be a good idea to include this in the documentation as it speeds up repeating queries quiet a bit and reducs the load on common crawl servers. Would you like to include this in the documentation? |
