fix: improve chat message ui

**used remark and unified to process the text and format it properly

• added a markdown.ts util file that handles it
• improved react-markdown to better format**

why? do this
using prebuilt libs and coupling into a sep util file, we can change the markdown and upgrade it as needed as to our liking, and this also allows us to efficiently use react-markdown in accordance to our need to style better with tailwind css

hope you merge as you can add upon it acc to your liking.
also as someone here said, we can also implement sending a custom prompt that sends us message as markdown in the backend to the openrouter api, and paired with this util, we can get a full proof method to get efficient and proper formating.
