[Feat]: Enhance Opportunities Hub UI for a More Engaging Experience

What feature?

The feature I'm referring to is the enhancement of the Opportunities Hub UI. Right now, the page is quite plain and lacks interactivity. I plan to make the following improvements:

-Add Hover Effects: I'll introduce hover animations to buttons, links, and other interactive elements, making the page feel more engaging and responsive to user actions.
-Redesign the Layout: The current design is too simple. I aim to update the layout with better spacing, modern design elements, and a more organized structure.
-Add a Logo to the Navbar: Adding the Opportunities Hub logo to the navbar will not only make it more visually appealing but also help with branding and overall professionalism.
These changes will make the page more attractive, modern, and user-friendly.
