Module display issues after install

Thank you very much for the module, James. I'm having the same issue as 'kumosal' described in another issue though.

I installed the module, moved the page types and templates given in the '/examples' directory into my own, then ran '/dev/build'. I then created the 'Image Gallery Page', but it won't show the editor or any of the page functions, just a blank screen minus the SilverStripe core interface around it (screenshot), the only way I can see the editor is if I force it to show using /admin/show/ which is how I've been using it up to now.

I'm using SilverStripe 2.4.7, the latest code from the source repo, SilverStripe is in dev mode but I'm getting no errors (as far as I'm aware), and the directory is correctly named 'display_anything'.

Hi Adam, can you turn display_errors on in PHP and supply any errors on screen or in error logs (minus any private info).

An example URL would help out so I can get to the bottom of these errors - they crop up for others but we've been running the module on 2.4.5+ on a number of installs and haven't seen the issue yet. Hopefully we can find the cause.

Also you suggested a screenshot but I don't see one in the issue, maybe Github cleaned it out.
