Because the contents of the workflow is not available in the "same format" it should be pav:importedFrom/By/On

These are not within the RO bundle specification so must be in the pav namespace

Ideally history would be filled with provenance information akin to http://git2prov.org/ which gives detailed PROV-compliant provenance from git logs, and would fill this need
