Adds Voidly Agent Relay to Inter-Agent Protocols > Standards, placed alphabetically after MCP.
Why it belongs: Production implementation of Google's A2A v0.3.0 Agent Card spec plus a custom E2E encrypted relay protocol for agent-to-agent messaging.
