Karama JSPM prevents use of webpage require #146

I'm having an issue trying to use phantomjs' webpage package. In short, I'm trying to do the following:

var webpage = require("webpage");
var page = webpage.create();
page.evaluate(function() { /* do some stuff */ });

Where webpage is the phantomjs' module (to get a sense for what this is, go here). As far as I can tell, phantomjs packages this up inside it's executable (it's certainly not in npm, I can see the module file in the github project but I doubt I can just map to it in JSPM, and besides that'd be hacky).

I think that this plugin should "pass through" this require call to phantomjs' default require method.
