📚 docs: canonically reorder types and fix duplicates

This PR changes the following:

1. Moves feat and fix entries in both the cards and table to the top of the list as they are highest in the canonical order according in the conventional commits spec.
2. Fixes the duplicate entry of "common" in the cards section.
