Core inspection should display signed addresses

Core inspection (clicking on a cell in the core to see what instruction is in it) currently shows instruction addresses as unsigned, show signed instead.

E.g. show -1 rather than 7999

Does this need implementing in the core lib? I'm not sure i'm doing any conversion in the UI?
