Increment all GibWoundLimits that are higher than 0 by 1, but only once #87

Gibbing logic will change in prerelease-4 and everything will potentially gib sooner, which is really only notable at low (<10) wound limits.

GibWoundLimit = 0 has always meant that there is no limit, so zero values shouldn't be touched by the converter.

So something that

  • previously took 21 hits with a GibWoundLimit of 20 now takes
  • 21 hits with a GibWoundLimit of 21
