Add a CITATION.cff file? #123
Description
Now that we have both the release paper and the zenodo we should add clear citation instructions.
We might use this citation file format.
It seems a good option, but it appears also that this file is automatically parsed by zenodo, so we should check that there are no conflicts with the current .zenodo.json file.
