Template function to generate random pet names

As we use Terraform Random Pet Names in other parts of our infrastructure it would be awesome if this service-broker could also generate them.

Then instead of faxzqatq.dev-cluster.services.internal I could generate funny-ferret.dev-cluster.services.internal. It would be so much nicer. 🥳

Note: the instance ID is guaranteed to be unique (unless you do something crazy like have multiple control planes...)
The key-space for this library is 456, 204744 or 53438184 respectively. The risk of a collision quickly rises towards one i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birthday_problem. Taking 204744 as the number of days, the probability of a collision is around about 50/50 with just 500 instances. So no one should ever think about using this in production...

Thanks for the note. So far I was using generatePassword to generate a random suffix but maybe should switch to instance-id.

And maybe combine pet name and instance-id. Because talking with somebody or reporting issues about an instance is just easier when referring to “funky zebra” than fbkqzzbs.
