Please make most (or all) "cqlEngine" fields required.

The cql-tests-ui project needs basic metadata to be present in each results files so it has something to display, especially when presenting results across engines. Most or all of the sub-properties of the cqlEngine object, including cqlEngine.cqlEngine, should probably be required as I can't think of a reason for most to be absent.
