Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll down to footer in any page
2. Navigate to another page. You will see a lot of space below the footer. When we scroll back to top it goes to normal behaviour

What is expected?

The footer should always stick to the bottom of the page

What is actually happening?

It goes up when we navigate from one page to another

Referring to the footer issue, we will continue the discussion here: #15.

Also, we are now working on the update to Angular 11 and I hope we will release it this year.
