Question: is it possible to expose a real-time power meter with the Zaptec integration?

Hi there, and thanks for maintaining the Zaptec integration with HA!

We recently installed a Zaptec Go in our home, and we choose to also get Zaptec Sense.

With the Zaptec integration, is it possible to expose a real-time power meter on our dashboard? If so, how?

I've been experimenting with Home Assistant for a few months, and had some luck with using the HomeWizard P1 power meter as a real-time energy meter for our dashboard. It would be great to have that with Zaptec, too.

If it's not possible, I would need to add a P1 splitter and get a power outlet installed in our electrical cabinet.

We have no immediate plans to integrate Sense with this Zaptec integration, unfortunately.

Firstly, this integration is intended to be the integration for the charger, not the energy meter. So a separate integration would probably be better suited for that.

Secondly, I haven't noticed any public API descriptions from official Zaptec to access the Sense. Without that we have to reverse-engineer the interfaces -- which the Zaptec API Fair Use policy does not permit us to.
