Hetzner Console Floating IP

Hi,
I want to add a floating IP from the Hetzner Console to VIP-Manager. According to the Docs I need a credential file at /etc/hetzner containing a User and Password.
Creating an API-Token in the Hetzner Console only creates a Single API-Token, not a User/Pass combination. I think only the Hetzner Robot is using a User/Pass for API Access, but since I need to manage the IP within the Console, I'm not sure how to proceed.

I added the Floating IP and I can assign it to a Server.
I set my VIP-Manager config to manager-type: hetzner.
I added a credential file at /etc/hetzner containing the API-Key, but since it's neither a User nor Pass, I'm not sure what else to put into the credential file.
It fails to start because it can't make use of the credential file:

I don't think we ever added support for their API tokens instead of the username+password authentication

That's unfortunate. Are there any plans in doing so? Would be a nice to have feature, especially since you already support a floating IP via Hetzner Robot.

Edit:
I don't know much about Go, but it looks like Hetzner has a pretty solid API Documentation for their cloud API, including GO Snippets.
You'd probably have to request the hcloud.FloatingIP{ID: 123} and hcloud.Server{ID: 456}of the current Server that's about to be promoted, then send the request to change the Floating IP to the current Server ID. Not sure if it is as straight forward as it looks like, since, again, I'm not very versed in Go.

We would be happy to accept a pull request. Unfortunately right now we don't have any plans to implement it

Thanks. I've tried to use those PRs to make the changes to the current Version of VIP-Manager, but it fails to build with errors I don't yet understand. Since those PRs are at least 3 years old there's been changes to vip-manager of course, so I'd have to adapt to those. Without really knowing Go, that'll take time.
Maybe I'll give it another shot in a bit, but currently I don't have the time to figure it out.
