Log view: previous workflow log file selection is lost upon navigating back to workflow

### Reproducible Example

1. Open a log view tab and choose a different workflow log file to view. 
2. Navigate to a different workflow
3. Navigate back - the file selection reverts to the most recent scheduler log.

### Expected Behaviour

The file selection should remember the log file you had previously chosen.
