API implementation status as Google Doc

Current Status (6/18/2015)

cyREST is in Beta status. As of June, 2015, it has

Stable API to access basic Cytoscape data objects
- CyNetworks
- CyTables
- Visual Styles
Provide basic API to execute important tasks:
- Apply Visual Style
- Apply layouts
- Get network as PNG image

Version 1.0.x

Improvements to API based on feedback to 0.9.x
Support for more data formats
- GraphSON
- CSV (For POSTing table)
