mas_label_volume #4
Description
I have an issue with running mas_label_volume function, for example,
mas_label_volume -l /Users/ned/Downloads/multi-atlas-segmentation-master/test1/input/targetlist.txt -s /Users/ned/Downloads/multi-atlas-segmentation-master/test1/output/label -v vol_csv -t label -a FVB_NCrl_in_vivo
This results following error. (not sure why).
Target list: input/targetlist.txt
Result directory: output/label
Volume file: vol_csv
Segmentation type: label
Atlas name: FVB_NCrl_in_vivo
[mas_label_volume] begin volume extraction...
Err: Parameter -Vl unknown or incomplete
Any Suggestions, please?
