[Docs]: Add descriptions to public events

In the documentation, public events are listed only with their names here.

There is no further explaination. This lack of detail often leads to ambiguity and forces you to inspect the source code to understand their purpose. Adding a brief description for each event would make it far easier to work with. E.g. what it signifies and under which conditions it’s triggered.
