Error when opening creating clicking the 'new' button after using the shortcut with custom objects

When I open a custom object via the extension shortcut, the URL is like:
https://orgname.sandbox.lightning.force.com/lightning/setup/ObjectManager/**_CustomObject__c_**/PageLayouts/view

When trying to create a new field, page layout... I have this error:

This error does not exist with standard navigation.
The URL is with an Id with the standard navigation:
https://orgname.sandbox.lightning.force.com/lightning/setup/ObjectManager/**_01I7Q000002a21L_**/PageLayouts/view

I am also being affected by this bug. Defeats the purpose of using the navigator when you can't modify setup objects

I've submitted a fix for this issue, it should hopefully be in place in some time. For now you can work around this by clicking on edit button of whichever field which will direct you to url with the id in place, than you can work as normal.
